1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, downloading, or using the Sylectus Auto Bidder Chrome Extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Sylectus Auto Bidder is a productivity and workflow automation utility designed for licensed users of the Sylectus load board. Key features include:

In-page calculation of loaded and Deadhead (DH) mileage.
Live calculation of Rate Per Mile (RPM) based on user-entered pricing.
One-click dispatch of bid offer emails to freight brokers via the user's connected Gmail account.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Access: You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid, authorized access to the Sylectus platform and your Google/Gmail account.
Offer Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bid amounts, dates, vehicle types, and terms sent to brokers. You acknowledge that clicking the Send button sends an authentic email from your own email account.
Compliance: You agree to use the Extension in full compliance with all applicable laws, transport regulations, and the terms of service of third-party platforms you access.

4. Third-Party Trademarks and Affiliation

Sylectus Auto Bidder is an independent third-party tool developed by Tony Ross. It is NOT endorsed, sponsored, affiliated with, or officially associated with Omnitracs, LLC, Sylectus, Solera Holdings, or Google LLC. All trademarks and registered trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR 100% ERROR-FREE UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. MILEAGE AND RATE CALCULATIONS ARE ESTIMATES PROVIDED FOR OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TONY ROSS OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR MISSED LOADS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION.

7. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time simply by removing the Extension from your Google Chrome browser.
